Michael John Sahagian, 65, of South Yarmouth passed away on February 1, 2021 at home. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Samuel and Mary (Mekjian) Sahagian, both of Watertown. Michael was the beloved husband of Rosanne (Vescio) Sahagian.

He was an active member of the Yarmouth community for many years. He was involved in the Yarmouth Recreational Shellfish Volunteer Program, as well as being the Yarmouth Deputy Shellfish Constable. He was also a Neighborhood Crime Watch Area Captain in South Yarmouth, and recently serving as President of the Yarmouth Police Foundation. Mike had a passion and dedication to all of the causes he was involved with.

Fishing and cooking were two of Michael’s favorite activities. He lived life to its fullest. He was a friend to all and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his loving wife, Rosanne he was survived by his aunt Sara Coffee of TX as well as several cousins.

A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at a later date.
