We were so blessed to know Bill through his very wonderful daughter Barb. He leaves such a beautiful legacy in all his work, and in his very loving, giving, gracious, caring family. He and Betty were an inspiring couple who exemplified what dedication and love mean in a solid marriage. May he rest in peace and may all those special memories keep him close in your hearts forever. With Love, Audrey, Bob, and Carly

Bill was such a loving, talented and handsome, smiling man. I count myself so fortunate to have known him during our Cape Cod days. I will miss my friend.

Bill will always be remembered by anyone who came in contact with him--as kind and inclusive; engaging, curious, analytical, open-minded and sharply intelligent; and most importantly as a genuinely supportive husband and father. Betty and Bill will always represent for me the beauty and grace of Lake Winni. And it's not just chance that gave him three wonderful daughters. Certainly Sally, Barb and Donna are the true embodiment of Bill's spirit.

Sending sympathy and love... Bill was a wonderful man. We remember him so fondly, from the time we lived on Cape. Both he and Betty were so gracious and kind to us always.

The man who gave me my moniker and made me laugh with his quick wit, and to feel safe with his close relationship with my parents, will be dearly missed. I wish I could be there to celebrate his well-lived life of love, laughter and far too many grandchildren. Thinking of you all from Chicago. Much love, Kathy
