Mary L. Sullivan, age 98 of West Yarmouth, MA, passed away on November 9, 2020. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Joseph V. and Josephine F. (McCarthy) Sullivan. Mary attended Worcester Public Schools. She earned her B.S. degree from Framingham State College and a Master's Degree from Boston University.

Upon retiring from the Guidance Department of Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, Mary retired to her summer home in West Yarmouth, MA where she volunteered as a Tax Preparer in the AARP Program and also for Meals on Wheels. Mary was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church, a member of the DY Duplicate Bridge Club of Cape Cod, and also a member of Friends of the Cape Symphony. Her many interests included reading, opera, travel, bridge, and gardening.

Mary is survived by her brother John Sullivan and his wife Suzanne of Veize, Maine, her niece JoAnne Lawrence and husband William of Greenland, N.H., and her nephews Stephen and Patrick Sullivan of Cincinnati, Ohio. She wished to make mention of her treasured friend Kathleen Gregorio who took such good care of her for several years.

Burial will be private at her request.
