I just learned of Mac's passing and was very saddened by the news. My parents owned the Colonial House for many years while I was growing up. Every time myself and/or my siblings stopped in Mac was always so welcoming allowing us to wander and reminisce. I don't know if he ever knew that we would slide down the bannister when he wasn't looking. He was such a kind and generous man. My condolences to all his family and friends.

I was very sad to read in the paper of the passing Mac. I stopped by the Inn a couple of months ago to leave my card for Justice of the Peace. I always find him a kind man. I will be out of town when you are having the open house. My prayers are with the family at this difficult time
