Jerry DiLillo 76 of Yarmouthport died peacefully Thursday August 27, 2015 at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, with his loving wife at his side.
He was the husband of Marilyn N. (Parsons) DiLillo for 46 years.
Born in Readville, Jerry was the son of the late Giriaco and Angelina (Mariano) DiLillo. He was a graduate of Hyde Park High School and attended the Berklee School of Music in Boston.
Jerry worked as a buyer of electronics for the former Lechmere Sales in Boston and retired as vice president of sales for Richard Dean Associates.
He loved jazz, acrylic painting and reading.
In addition to his wife, Jerry is survived by a sister, Gilda Lavorante and her husband, Daniel of Clearwater, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday Sept. 3 in Saint Pius X Church, Station Ave., South Yarmouth.
Visitation will be held prior to the Mass from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Marilyn, I am so sorry for your loss. I only had the pleasure of meeting Jerry a few times but I always enjoyed being with the two of you. I will not be able to make the funeral mass but know that my thoughts and prayers will be with you. Charlie
