Bismarck “Mark” W. Ladner of Yarmouth Port, MA passed away following a brief illness on March 8, 2025.  Mark was born in Marion, MA the son of James B. and Shirley (West) Ladner. 
 
Mark grew up in Marion and graduated from Wareham High School. Mark was employed by Verizon as a construction line foreman for over thirty years, retiring in 1997.

An avid New England sports fan, he enjoyed driving on Cape Cod beaches as well as endlessly cultivating his yard and reading. He greatly treasured motorcycle riding with his sons.
 
Mark is survived by his wife of 57 years, Josephine E. (Pulpi) Ladner, his four sons Jeff, Michael, Scott and Greg and twelve grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, Jack Ladner.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth, MA on Saturday, March 15 from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. Interment will be private.

I am very saddened to hear of Mark's passing. I so enjoyed working with him. We always had wonderful laughs. Sincerest condolences to family and friends.
