Mark, my deepest condolences, Sandra was a wonderful person ,loved to laugh, always a giver to others wherever she was needed and called up she volunteered. I think I can speak for my siblings she was a wonderful friend and caretaker to my father Andy Tuney having been his friend starting at F.Lees office. I was so sorry to read about Sandy's death. What a great person, I am a retired employee of the Town of Yarmouth in the Treasurer'a office and had the pleasure of working with her. We had some good laughs. Rest in peace Sandy. Prayers and hugs to her family
