Maureen Mullany of Yarmouth Port passed away peacefully on March 24, 2023 after a brief illness. She was 83 years old.

Maureen was the only child of Andrew and Mary Ann Sayers, and grew up in Tarrytown, NY. She graduated from Marymount College, and had a varied career as an English teacher, office administrator, and licensed counselor. She had a lifelong love of poetry and music, and an abiding faith in God.

Maureen is survived by her sons, David and Daniel, and four stepsons: William, David, Christopher, and Sean. She was predeceased by her first husband, David, and her second husband, William.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Pius X Church, Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11 AM.
