Eleanor (Greenwald) Stieglitz left this earth and went to heaven to be with her Lord on February 12, 2023.  She was born, raised and educated in Schenectady, NY, the only child of Ernest and Else Greenwald. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of fifty- one years, Joseph G. Stieglitz who passed away on June 2, 2000.
 
Before moving to Cape Cod Eleanor worked as a real estate agent on the North Shore, a job she loved.  She was a voracious reader and passionate lover of animals and nature.
 
Eleanor is survived by two daughters, Marlene and her husband, Robert McGrath of Brewster
and Wendy Stieglitz of Harwich.
 
Interment at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA will be private.
