I am so sorry to hear about Joan's death. When we were young we all enjoyed each others company. I will always remember those days with such fondness. My prayer and thoughts are with the family.
We were saddened by the passing of Joan . Although it's been a long time since we have been together we still have fond memories of Joan & Timmy . Please accept our deepest regards . David & Marilyn and family .
To: Patrick. Tommy, Sean and respective families, our deepest sympathy goes out to you all It is with deepest sorrow that we learned of Joan's passing. Joan was one of our closest and most cherished friends. Even though we lived far away from her, we kept in touch constantly. Every summer when we went to the Cape, we looked so forward to seeing her, hearing her wonderful laugh and wit, and being captivated by her genuine smile. Joan was truly a delightful unique person and left us way too soon. Cape Cod was never the same without Tim there, and now it will be even more empty in the various restaurants and on the beach without Joan. Although due to the distance we cannot attend the funeral tomorrow, we will be there in heart and soul, and thinking of you folks with heart felt sympathy. Sincerely, Brian & Judy
To all of Joan's family, our deepest sympathy. We were introduced to Joan (and the Barrett family)by friends Judy and Brian Harding when we vacationed at the Cape with our children many years ago. Since then, we made a point of catching up on all the news every summer and always looked forward to hearing the latest. We are so glad we were able to see Joan one last time at the end of June before she started treatment, and she was, in spite of the grim news she had just received, still able to laugh and put us at ease. Joan was a very special person , easy to like, and fun to be with and we will treasure happy memories of her! Our hearts go out to you all and we will be thinking of you during this difficult time. Love, Paul and Lynda Carter, Kitchener, Ontario
