Suzanne L. Barrett, 68, of Salem, NH went home to the Lord on May 4, 2022 after a brief illness.  Born on June 8,1953 in Central Falls, RI she was the daughter of Philip and Esther LeBlanc. She is survived by her husband and best friend Donald J. Barrett.
 
She worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Providence, RI, Richmond, VA, South Jersey,
San Francisco and Oakland, CA, retiring as a marketing specialist.
 
As a volunteer at Cape Cod Hospital Suzanne enjoyed countless hours in the neonatal intensive care units rocking and holding addicted newborn babies.  Later she volunteered at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL and in Richmond, VA she volunteered as a Big Sister.
 
With her immediate family, she enjoyed her last years traveling the country and the world.  She cherished her many friends, her dogs, Seamus and Brady, and was an
enthusiastic fan of the New England Patriots, the NFL, Boston Red Sox as well as
the former Pawtucket Red Sox.
 
In addition to her husband, she leaves two daughters, Heidi and her husband Mark and Jennifer and her broken- hearted son, Nigel.  Also surviving are her sister Marie, her husband John and nephew Chris as well as seven grandchildren, including Mark and Sophia.
 
She will be missed by her close friend JoAnn King,and friends Joe and Mary McClusky, Joe and Maxine Rein, David and Natalie Naeher and cousins, Donald, Lori and Mark
Wentworth.
 
Friends and relatives are invited to a Graveside Service on Monday, May 16 at 11:00 A.M. in Chandler Gray Cemetery, 161 Old Mill Way, West Yarmouth, MA 02673.
