Susan M. Whittaker of Brewster passed away on July 22, 2021 leaving behind a legacy of fierce friendships.

She was born in South Weymouth to Gordon and Cecilia Barnes on April 19, 1941.

Susan was a brilliant architect working for decades in Florida at Cape Canaveral for NASA.  Upon her return to Cape Cod she continued leading projects in Wellfleet and Provincetown.

She is survived by her loving niece, Angelique Santomauro and her husband, Zachary, of Somerville; her great nephews, Max and Dylan; step sister, Tammi Murillo and her partner, Cathy, of Somerville.

Services will be private.
