Bruce J. Peterson, 73, passed away on July 30, 2021 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston after suffering a heart attack. Bruce was a loving husband, father, and friend who welcomed anyone into his home.

Bruce was predeceased by the love of his life Janice Marie Kelley Peterson, and is survived by his 2 children, Joseph Peterson of West Dennis and Jessica Peterson Casco of South Yarmouth. Bruce was also the proud Papa of his 2 beloved granddaughters Lillian Rose Casco and Daisy Marie Casco.

Bruce will be missed by many loving friends and family members - including multiple nieces, nephews, and their parents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. A private graveside service will be held on Saturday August 14, 2021 at Oak Ridge Cemetery for immediate family and friends.

Our condolences to the family. We just met Bruce this Spring. He hired us to bring his pool back to usable condition after being closed for many years.. glad we could help and he was able to get some use out of it. He was well liked by myself and my guys.
