Colleen H. Kramer of South Yarmouth, MA passed away on March 25, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born in Lansing, MI, the daughter of the late Matthew and Evelyn Kramer.

Colleen earned her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University where she discovered a passion for education that she would carry throughout her career. Colleen taught middle school in Baraga, MI before moving to Seattle to earn her master's degree in education at the University of Washington. Ever the adventurer, she then taught reading on Vashon Island, WA before moving to Boston to pursue her JD at the New England School of Law.
